NSAIDS for big out and shtf, something to consider

Ok so I was wondering who includes NSAIDS in their medical kit for their bob on top of the caffeine pills, the anti diarheals the charcoal and antihistamines, the chew tab asa etc.. what about things like voltarin Diclofenac etc.. side effects seem nasty but, is having a slight performance enhancement free of pain during extended activities worth the risk? This had me research it and I was amazed that 4 in five active duty US military have prescriptions for NSAIDS that are not over the counter p
