#74 Philip and Sibs Owners of Sundae Scoop

Smell that aroma in the air? The smell of freshly made waffle cones as you walk into the family owned ice cream shop, your mouth waters seeing the selection in front of you and with that first bite your whole mood changes as a smile is made. This place is called Sundae Scoops in Virginia Beach and I was honored to have Philip and a quick chat with his wife Sibs the owners of this sweet establishment! In this episode Philip talks about his life before scooping happiness into a cone, what inspired him and his wife to dive deep into the ice cream business. His experience at Scoop School while making connections with other family owned establishments that helped him gain more knowledge in the field. We also have plenty of laughs and spontaneous conversation in between.
