CHEMICAL SNOW!

I remember eating bowls full of snow with maple syrup on it as a kid.. DO NOT let your kids eat the snow! I'm not even sure if we should be touching it. Maybe someone can ask the Vermont Dept of health and get ignored. Paul Doucette, the Bennington Public safety director might know 😆 WHAT IS THIS?
