The right to display and wave national flags

Just like all South Africans should have the right to display the previous South African flag (orange, blue, and in the middle white, and in the middle of the white parts, the flags of Transvaal, the Oranje Free State and Britain), so should the Palestinians and others have the right to wave and display the Palestinian flag.
