Small Red Bumps on Hands (Eczema??)

In this video I will be talking about Small Red Bumps on Hands (and if it is Eczema??)
This is something that recently happened to me and I've never had it before in my life but they're small red bumps on my hands, and I typically only happens as my hands get dryer. This is somewhat similar to dyshidrotic eczema, which is not a fun thing to have. I live in Canada and we just had an extremely cold weekend while ago where I got to -47°C and since then, my hands have been dry. Eczema has developed and then now I get the small red palms for my hands are very dry and it's seemingly quite random when they appear. The red bumps ago away and they don't have any pain, so it is very hot
