Canning Cherry Jam- Making Space in the Freezer

Making jam is one of my favorite things to do. It is supper easy to do and makes a wonderful gift.
This is the recipe I use:
1 cup fruit
2 cups sugar
1 TBS pectin
1 TBS lemon juice
You can multiply this recipe to meet your needs.
