00:07 Head to the waypoint south of Bourou Village then head south until you see a cave.
- Read the Treasure Hoarder's Notes
(Optional) Find all 8 Treasure Marks

00:41 Rinzou's Letter
- Go to Suigetsu Pool then head southwest.
- 01:48 Glide down the waterfalls until you see the group of Treasure Hoarders guarding an Exquisite Chest.
- 02:20 Defeat the Treasure Hoarders and obtain Rinzou's Letter

03:40 Go back to the Treasure Hoarder's Notes and obtain Rinzou's Signet
