Feels pretty cold in there today but it’s great to overcome the apprehension barrier and be able to just dive right in. Decreased to two minutes today because I’m planning to get in for another two minutes at 6 PM. Hoping that splitting into 22 minutes sections for now will give me another boost in the evening which is when I start getting a bit drowsy.
