Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe

I made this dinner for my friend and her family once, ever since she keeps calling me asking how to make it, so I made this video so I don't have to keep trying to explain to her how it's made :D :D Just wait till you try this Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe, it's yumoooo!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, diced
Butter
4 to 8 spring onions, finely sliced
4 to 10 cloves of garlic, crushed
200 to 400g sliced mushrooms
400ml chicken stock
200ml sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to sprinkle over the top at the end if desired
