Koi 5715.01 is a potentially habitable exoplanet located about 540 light-years away from Earth in the constellation Cygnus. It was discovered using the Kepler space telescope, which detected the planet through its transit method - by observing the periodic dimming of its star as the planet passes in front of it.

Based on its size and orbit, Koi 5715.01 is believed to be a rocky planet with a radius of about 1.72 times that of Earth, and it orbits its star within the habitable zone, where temperatures may allow for liquid water to exist on its surface. It completes one orbit around its star in about 242 Earth days.
