Saving a 2 inch Tri-Ball Hitch from Rust for the Mini Skid Steer Loader

Sometimes we do stupid things like let a good tool or hitch rust away...yep I did that, so time to fix it. We need our hitch for the new mini skid steer loader OUTLAW. So time to make it good again.
