Chlorine Dioxide bubbler - IDK

Little tutorial on how to make a spray-able bubbler for Chlorine Dioxide (Fiona O Leary Juice) infused into Ethanol which can enter nerve tissues and wreck nanotech.
—-PARTS LIST—-
2 x 2" x 6" PVC pipes.
4 x 2" PVC endcaps.
5x brass 1/2" thread 1/4" barb.
Few feet of fuel hose.
6 cable ties.
1/2" Thread female to female adapter. P+G Spray head.
Sodium Chlorite.
Lemon Juice.
151 proof rum (or DMSO).
1/2" HSS Machine Tap.
Make sure the straws on the inside barbs fully reach the bottom of the Alcohol tank.
