Used Snowblower SCAM!!!!

Howdy folks and welcome back to the channel!! Well the used snowblower I picked up for 400 bucks has some SERIOUS issues. The damn thing quit moving, so I tore it apart to see what the heck was going on. Well, the guy who sold it jerry rigged it up just enough to get it out of his yard basically. Not a happy camper!!!
