Wood Turning FIREWOOD Log to VASE

Woodturning this incredible black locust burl log into a cool looking vase with glass insert. This wood was saved from the firewood as the tree was cut down due to some rot started to develop. Love the contrast where one side we have loads of burls / burrs and the other just a natural grain of the tree with stunning colours especially after some mineral oil was applied to pop the grain.
