Online taxi driver encounters Karen and wins! 🇮🇩

This Indonesian driver for an online taxi service shared his story of an Indonesian Karen passenger that was picked up from downtown Jakarta and wanted to travel to the international airport of Jakarta.

Shortly after pick-up, the driver asked the passenger what terminal her destination was, as there are three and it’s quite common for passengers to have the wrong terminal mentioned in their order. If he knows now, he can drop off the passenger at the correct terminal without additional charges.

Our Indonesian Karen passenger told the driver that it was of no concern of the driver and he shouldn’t ask, just drive. A little bit set back by this, the driver silently drove to the airport. It was there, just before arriving at the terminal that the Karen received a phone call from a friend.

"Where are you?"
"Terminal 2"
"We're departing from terminal 1!"

As the passenger was already in front of the wrong terminal now, she had do pay an additional 5 euro charge to get to the other side of the airport, which was "pretty expensive", but she finally agreed to.
