Tortilla Pepperoni Pizza

These Pepperoni Tortilla pizza is quick and easy to make. Topped with tomato sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese bake to crispness in just minutes.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 flour tortilla (8-inch)
1/2 cup pepperoni
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 ounces)

Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 425°F. 
2. Place the tortillas onto baking sheet.
3. Spread tomato sauce on each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge.
4. Top each with the cheese, and pepperoni.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges.
