Great Mexican Rice Recipe

This is our way of making Mexican Rice, great side for many Mexican Dishes.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups uncooked wht Rice,
3 cups Chicken Broth,
3/4 cup Salsa,
1 tbsp Tomato Bouillon,
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder,
1/2 tsp minced dried Onion,
2 tbsp chopped Cilantro,
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
