Well, one former commander from basic training has decided to return back to those common task skills taught in the first weeks to initial entry soldiers, transitioning from the life of a civilian, introducing the topic of a distinction between “cover” and “concealment” to provide evolutionary pressure to bring about a paradigmatic shift in the “mask” mandate debate, a misnomer, because anything less than medical grade protection is not a mask, technically, except at a masquerade party or on Halloween, and a class six felony to wear in public in the Commonwealth of Virginia if a person dons an N95 when not a public health worker engaged in work in that profession.
