If you spend time outdoors, backpacking, hunting, hiking and on adventures… …you can grow to hate oatmeal. There is only so much oatmeal you eat. Additionally there are only so many breakfast foods ready made for backpacking.

I recently tried the Muesli Breakfast Cereal by BaseKamp. While not a avid muesli fan, I will say it was pretty good and a welcome change from oatmeal. Additionally it was super filling and sustaining for a solid 6-7 hour stretch. Not to mention there is something great about a warm meal on a cold day.
