I used to think my ambulance was pretty big until I met up with Jarrod http://instagram.com/Earth_Medic . Mine (the red one) has an 8" lift with 33" tires and 4x4 conversion done by AJ's 4x4 Vans.
Jarrod's is a Kodiak 5500 with 41" tires and factory 4x4!
