Charles wanted everyone to know that he was mad about Spare to the point of "evicting" the Sussexes just 24 hours after Spare was published. Many of you speculate that Charles or his minions told the Sussexes that they had planned to leave Frogmore and that this "eviction" was pure palace spin. This is a great theory. However, I believe Harry wanted Frogmore to remain for at least a few years, especially as he continues to fight the police over his security. Harry has not wavered in his belief that he should be able to travel to his home country whenever he wishes, and that his children should also know Britain. Although I believe that the Sussexes moved most of their stuff from Frogmore last year I believe they wanted to keep their cottage lease for many more years. This is why Harry renewed his lease.
