Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, gives you the most recent updates from Olympia as late Saturday night, both HB 1240 (Assault Weapon Ban) and HB 1143 (Pre-Purchasing Licensing Requirement) have both been removed from Rules Committee and will be placed on the floor calendar for full votes early this coming week. This is very big, but very bad news. Please remember that either of these bills can go to the House floor at any time to be voted on.
