Light brown sugar: 120 grams
Honey: 50grams
Gingerbread spices: 3 teaspoons
(OR 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon , pinch of nutmeg)
Salt: 1/4 teaspoons
Eggs: 1
Flour: 300grams
Baking soda: 3/4 teaspoon
