Russia recently unveiled its new diesel electric submarine, Velikiye Luki at a ceremony in the northwestern Russian city of Saint Petersburg.
The submarine was built at the Admiralty Shipyards factory, which is operated by the state-owned United Shipbuilding Corporation.
