Yippee! My son, (Scary Jerry) who's been living far away from me, has returned to my neck of the woods and is now settling in!
He loves to cook, and I consider him to be my favorite chef because he enjoys cooking yummy foods so much!
He's a Brittle Type I Diabetic so some of the foods he prepares contain special ingredients and we do try and stay healthy with a balance of carbs. and protein. His Dexcom and OmniPod Dash help regulate his insulin.
I like taking photos of the foods he prepares and have a file set up with some of his delightful creations! He's my chef supreme!
It's GREAT to have him here and cooking again!! I can have some time out of the kitchen and relaxing with my little doggie!
