PAN AFRICAN BLISS-THE WEST PURPOSELY KEEPS AFRICA/CENTRAL AFRICA UNSTABLE

The Central African republic has accused western countries on purposely keep them unstable but as we know its just not the central africa but africa as a whole, is it too late for this discussion
