New Age Spirituality = Sexual Dysfunction ⚠️⛔️💥

With all this focus on yoga, plant medicine, meditation, breathwork, higher states of consciousness and relaxing into the power of now…

And next to zero focus on sexuality…

How can it still be surprising when spiritual leaders do stupid sexual things that hurt people?

⚫️ THEY NEVER WORKED ON THEIR SEXUAL SHADOW.

They don’t even know that sexual shadow is a thing!

And with all this focus on the light and bliss, people aren’t learning how to handle and work with the powerful force that is sexual arousal.

WE DON’T TALK ABOUT THIS ENOUGH!

We need to be having sex workshops in all yoga festivals, all breathwork summits, and any gathering that’s focused on spiritual growth of any kind.

We need to acknowledge our sexual centers in yoga classes, instead of just talking about our hearts, grounding and higher consciousness.

We should ask anyone who is a spiritual leader of any kind: what work have you done with your sexual shadow?

To continue to not do this is to perpetuate the separation of sex and spirit that is causing untold amounts of pain and suffering - for all beings.
