Heavy snowfalls have been keeping emergency services busy as they work hard to clear out the snow piles in Chicago, in the US state of Illinois.

This video was obtained by Newsflash from the Chicago County Sheriff's Office together with the message: "We're heroes to firefighters on and off-duty".

There were widespread snowfalls across Chicago at the end of last week when this video was posted.
