STRUGGLING WITH MASTURBATION / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Hello Pastor Bob: My heart feels very heavy about something that's been crushing me since my childhood. I am a 20 year old man. And like most men unfortunately, I've been masturbating and watching porn since I got my first computer at 12 years old. All of this has wrecked me, and I know I would have led a much better life without it. My problem is that because I have been contaminated for so long by the disease of masturbation and pornography, I have sexual urges that are very hard to control. It makes me do things I never want to do. Is this is a trial that God has allowed upon my life? All that I have done makes me very angry and ashamed of myself. I know that Christ took our shame, but feelings are feelings. And I feel dark and dirty inside.
