Is this really school choice?

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey talked about what she calls "school choice."

Charter schools, magnet schools, ballet, cyber school, medical prep school, and the Magic City Acceptance Academy probably apply as well for the Governor.

That doesn't work for me.

REAL school choice = vouchers.

Anything less is a failure.
