U.S. expert: China to become engine of global economic growth in 2023

During the 2023 Two Sessions, the world pays close attention to China's economic growth goals. Sourabh Gupta, a senior fellow at the Institute for China-America Studies in Washington, D.C., pointed out that China will become the engine of the global economic growth in 2023, during an interview with China Media Group.

"I know this government has set a growth target about five percent, but I think it's been a little modest, I think China can and should easily reach six percent," added Gupta.
