Delicious Chicken & Rice Bowl: Easy & Fast Recipe!

Wanted to try something different, turned out surprisingly epic! I'm using turmeric to give our chicken a beautiful golden color. This spice is also great for your health, as it has anti-inflammatory properties. Plus, our easy and fast recipe means you can easily throw this together any time you have a craving for chicken and rice!

Ingredients
•2ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
•2 Cups Chicken Stock
•1 Medium Yellow Onion Diced
•1 Orange Bell Pepper
•1/2 Stick Of Butter
•1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
•1/2 Tsp Salt
•1/4 Tsp Turmeric
•1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
•1 Tsp White Pepper
•1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
•1/4 Tsp Paprika
Combine 1/4 stick of butter w/ 2 cups of stock and the garlic, add chicken, Pressure Cook the Chicken For 8 Minuets, Remove, add 1/4 stick of butter then shred the chicken. Add the rice, peppers and onion to the broth left in the cooker and pressure cook it for 4 minutes and let it natural release.
