A Chabad affiliated cleric appears to incite violence & death against the "unvaccinated" & so called "conspiracy theorists"

A Chabad Affiliated Rabbi & website appears to call for the death of fellow Jews & incites violence.
A rodef (Hebrew: רודף, lit. "pursuer"; plural. רודפים, rodfim), in traditional Jewish law, is one who is "pursuing" another to murder him or her. According to Jewish law, such a person must be killed by any bystander after being warned to stop pursuing the victim and refusing (the rodef/pursuer needs to be killed in order to save the life of the victim that he is pursuing to murder).
We've all witnessed malfeasance & disgraceful behaviour over the last couple of years from people in positions of authority & power (including from so called "Religious" & "spiritual" leaders).
However, cases where certain so called "Religious leaders" went out of their way to label "unvaccinated" people- "rodfim" - is probably one of the most disgraceful and disturbing things that I have witnessed.
One notorious example is the case of Mendel Zirkind who (in early 2021) spread incitement against unjabbed Jews on Stump the Rabbi (a Chabad Lubavitch HQ affiliated website) by throwing this inflammatory label at them. He also suggested that people who spread "conspiracy theories" could be worthy of death (he appears to be salivating & frothing at the mouth as he says this). This Stump the Rabbi video - featuring Zirkind - was also promoted by COLlive News (a popular Lubavitch news service).
Unless someone can prove otherwise, using the slanderous & inflammatory"rodef" label to describe someone (or an entire group of people )... is incitement to violence and murder against the person or group being labelled with this slanderous and derogatory term.
Since the video's release by Stump the Rabbi in early 2021, I have asked Stump the Rabbi multiple times to 1. retract Zirkind's statement 2.remove the video from their website 3. Issue a public apology. I never received a response. The video is still on their website (more than 2 years later).
Based on their silence, would it be fair to say that both Stump the Rabbi and the self-appointed leaders of Merkos/Chabad Lubavitch HQ endorse Zirkind's statement and believe that the "unvaccinated" are Rodfim? It's bad enough that the self-appointed leaders (aka Erev Rav) of this organisation have gone woke & endorse woke agendas...but incitement to violence and murder? Beyond the pale. What's next?
I also corresponded with Zirkind via email back in 2021. Not only did he refuse to retract and apologize....but he double downed and went on to slander the late Dr Zelenko Z"L, Zelenko's brother and Rabbi Michoel Green.
Zirkind, Stump the Rabbi and Chabad/Merkos have had ample opportunity to retract and apologize over these last 2 years. Since no retraction and apology is forthcoming...then we have no choice but to go public and allow people in the wider community to see what has become of Merkos/Chabad Lubavitch under the self-appointed leaders who took over this once great & Holy organization....
