PAC-T testing: 90 gr. bullets in the 9mm Luger

The 115 gr. is probably the staple bullet for the 9mm Luger and the 124 gr. is a great bullet. But how will a very fast 90 gr. bullet fare in our precision, accuracy, consistency and terminal performance test. Can we hit 1,400 fps?
