Let Russian Athletes Compete Internationally

Bans and boycotts in athletics are dumb. They hurt relations among nations and are cruel to the athletes. Let's not continue down the road, set by fools like Joe Biden, to further divide us. Bring the Russians back into international competition. Sports brings us together.
