Random Rants: Is Woke Entertainment Sustainable? Or Will It Eventually Fail?

Recently, legendary comic writer Chuck Dixon was asked this question by a fan - “Do you see the pendulum swinging back in the direction of less wokeism & leftist agenda in comics (or movies, tv, etc.) in general, or is it here to stay? Or does it get even worse?”

Chuck's answer: he indeed believes that woke is here to stay within the realm of entertainment. ESG and DEI initiatives with all companies seem to indicate as much as well. But is wokeism here to stay? Let's examine the situation and see what we find.
