Don’t operate tools you’re not familiar with. And with every gun, finger stays off trigger till you ready to pull. When I was a paramedic, I had a patient that was hit in the top of the head with a 3-inch housing nail gun, only a 1/2 inch was visible, but I could feel the rest of the nail as it bent around the side of his head. Did not penetrate his skull. He was VERY lucky. Nail guns should never be around inexperienced users.
