How To Make The Perfect White Pizza | Pizza Blanca
Making pizza can be a bit challenging but sometimes the simple pizza can be even harder. White Pizza, aka Pizza Blanca is like that. Getting the perfect dough and the correct toppings can be a bit tricky. I will walk you through EVERYTHING you need to know to make a great White pizza at home, every time! Enjoy!
Pizza Dough
150 g Bread Flour
97 g Water (Use good water - bottled or filtered)
2 tsp Salt (can be cut in half if you want a plain dough)
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
White Pizza Topping
Mozzarella Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Roasted Garlic
Fresh Basil
Olive oil to top it all off
