Judge Napolitano Endorses MOFC's SAPA Legislation!

In discussing the liberal court judge who struck down Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (which was fully expected,) Judge Andrew Napolitano said that SAPA will be upheld on appeal.

More, Judge Napolitano said that MOFC's SAPA legislation is the "finest demonstration of Federalism since Thomas Jefferson and James Madison dissented from the Alien and Sedition Act in 1798!"

This District Court opinion was no surprise, and it's elevating the fight for SAPA to the 8th Circuit and maybe the United States Supreme Court!
