Fuuka σ Taisen-restands?

So while trying to find a consistent corner combo for the meme character I found this instead. The combo I am using here seems very inconsistent and getting the restand even more so. I have also managed to do something similar with Akane, and Shizuru, though unlike here the combo counter reset when it happened. that and the fact that the damage scaling resets when you get it leads me to believe this may just be a quirk with the training dummy and not a real combo, but there could definitely be some use to this if it can be done consistently.
