On Day 1 of my campaign I called for treating the Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. That doesn’t just mean freezing their assets. It means using our military force to decimate them. Just like Bin Laden, Soleimani, & Al-Zawahiri. It’s perfectly justified under international law. Explained here:
