Sovereign conversations

As we flow into our sovereignty, we need to jettison the old hierarchical ways in the way we converse. We're not used to conversing amongst equal peers. We have unspoken expectations in our conversational styles that come from "the block style" of speaking and not in the style of flow and spontaneity. Here are some tips for getting there.
