This is kind of a New Year’s resolution and also a good way to keep me accountable for the things I want to make changes in my life.

Early WorkOne of the things I tend to do is lounge about early in the morning. Getting up at 6AM with my kid is Interesting but while he plays I can do work on my phone rather than just lounging. Proving productivity.

Strong Body Is A Strong MindI have been so lapses in my use of the gym we have in the house, but I am now on it to build a stronger body to make a stronger mind!

Commitment To ImprovingI get so wrapped up in making videos and content I have been behind on making products and services for my audience who need me the most. So I am now working on new ways to help and improve our community.

All these things make a better, more focused experience of life and work. And in turn creates more help for my audience and followers.
