BEFORE he’d become everyone’s favorite anime and video game-obsessed comedian over on YouTube, influencer CalebCity was born Caleb Glass on February 10th, 1996, in Bakersfield, California. An aspiring content creator since the time he was in the fourth grade, Caleb got his start by coming up with a series of stop-animation sketches involving what was no doubt an exhaustive action-figure collection with the help of his brother when he wasn’t much older than seven-years-old. Eventually, however, Caleb misplaced his family’s original camcorder, so he was forced to move on to something new – Vine. Caleb first discovered the platform after one of his cousins introduced him to it and he almost immediately fell in love with the unusual approach to content that comedians such as Victor Pope Junior were able to pull off in such a short running time. But when it came time to create his own quick-hitting clips, it was his passion for video games and anime that would wind up setting Caleb apart from the rest of the pack.
