Before Aaron Carter would tragically lose his life under heart-breaking circumstances, he was born Aaron Charles Carter on December 7th, 1987 in Tampa, Florida. That’s where he, his older brother Nick, as well as his three sisters including his twin Angel, as well as Bobbie Jean, and Leslie, would be raised by their parents Jane and Robert Carter. Early on in his childhood, Aaron’s parents ran a retirement home and during those short-lived years when Aaron wasn’t directly in the spotlight, he attended the Frank D. Miles Elementary School. Aaron’s first introduction to music happened at only four years old. That’s when his mom used to take he and his sisters to watch their older brother Nick practice with the other members of the Backstreet Boys! At the time, the Backstreet Boys were just getting started with their career and Aaron found himself utterly obsessed with becoming a performer. In fact, his mom would recall that on many days she’d literally have to drag Aaron off the practice stage because his own dancing was interfering with the bands.
