In short women make their decisions and choices off feelings such as fear and other stupid feelings, not wisdom for everyone’s benefit as you’re supposed to do.

That’s a dangerous creature making decisions only off emotions without a second thought. Dangerous for them and for everyone around, but you can’t expect much from a stupid bimbo.
Even the “intelligent” ones, could be a valedictorian in school and completely clueless on life skills and other basic things you’d expect an adult to know from decades ago.
