Wells Fargo overdraft fee protection scam, self dealing wire fraud, after Glitched customer deposit

an oddly specific "outage" that deposits go missing but charges & overdraft fees are current coincidentally after a $3.7 billion fine due to Wells Fargo customer abuse 2 months ago through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Canada
