Is it Legal in Port Townsend to Assault an Officer of is it Illegal?

Is it Legal in the State of Washington to interfere with an Officer in the Line of Duty?

Well This Officer Cam Footage shows Trans Rights Activist Ryan S. Harris being arrested for Felony Assalt 3. Yet the Port Townsend Police chose NOT to Prosecute.

Officer Kamil Shariff apparently told Julie Jaman that he “chooses” to not be a victim.

Is there a Victim if Officer Kamil Sharif decides he is not a Victim? In other Washington districts, city attorneys say that you do not have a right to say you are not a victim. There was a crime, it is on camera, there are multiple witnesses including officers, proven by officer cam footage. Officer Kamil Sharif cannot simply claim to not be a victim of a crime, he clearly was a victim of a crime and that crime put the public in danger by letting a criminal get away.

5:31, Officer says the Reason you are under arrest is for grabbing a Police Officer, that is Assault 3 in the state of Washington, a Felony Assault. The officer than takes him to county jail for that assault charge.

Timestamp 9:52-10:15, Officer Says I placed him under arrest for was grabbing a hold of a police officer, as he was chasing after somebody else. So he is under arrest for assault 3 on a law enforcement officer. .. he grabbed a hold of the smaller black police officer that is with us. That is why he is under arrest.

Ryan Harris Under Arrest for Assault 3 on a Law Enforcement Officer
Yet For some reason there seems to be no charges, Why? Well sounds like Officer Kamil Sharif “chooses” to NOT be a Victim, hmmm. Isn’t the Public the actual victim when assaulting an officer interferes with an arrest and endangers the public? The Port Townsend Police DO NOT follow laws, they simply pick and choose who is the Good Guys and who is the Bad Guys. Just read Chief Tom Olson’s emails with City Manager John Mauro and you can see who they picked as the Good Guys, as they incited and watched our assault.
