Who Runs the U.S. Government?

It’s time to begin asking questions. Why have they made Russia out to be the aggressor, who decides the policy that regulate our freedom, and why did we continue to inch closer to Russian borders, and then proceed to shut down the pipeline that allowed great sums of oil to be delivered to the Russian nation?
