Pickled Red Onions Recipe

That's how we make a great side Dish, only a few Ingredients and you have homemade Pickled Red Onions with a little spice of the Jalapeño (optional). Great Side Dish for Enfrijoladas or Quesadillas just to name a few.

Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients:
5 med Red Onions, sliced,
3 Limes, juiced,
1 Jalapeño, sliced,
2 tsp Salt

Combine Onions, Jalapeño, Salt and Lime Juice, mix well.
Over the next hour frequently stir the Onion Mixture.
(Note: the longer you let them sit the more Liquid will develop.)
